Doug Roncone

Vice President of GPO Services

Doug Roncone has served as Allied’s Vice President of GPO Services since our inception in 2020. Doug brings with him a history of clinical experience as well as customer service experience while spending over 25 years in healthcare, both as a nurse and in medical sales and contracting spaces. In addition to leading the GPO and bringing value to its members, Doug also has Supply Chain and Procurement responsibilities for West Virginia University Health System, ensuring that caregivers have the resources necessary to provide world class care. In addition to an MHA from Ohio University, Doug also earned his BSN from Duquesne University.

Mike Bellack

Assistant Vice President of Market Development and Clinical Integration

Mike Bellack started at Allied in 2019, serving as Assistant Vice President of Market Development and Clinical Integration. With over 20 years of experience in the contracting and medical sales space, Mike created partnerships resulting in market leading PPI agreements. In addition to his involvement in the negotiation of PPI agreements, Mike leads a team that provides key support and oversight of the physician panels governing each of our agreements. His teams work to develop relationships and understand the needs of our clinicians has been instrumental in Allied’s ability to provide clinicians with market leading technology while simultaneously driving savings to the membership. In addition, Mike also oversees all business analytics and value analysis functions for the organization. Mike is a U.S. Army veteran, where he served as a Captain in the Aviation Branch.

Maggie Lancaster

Director of Enterprise Value Analysis and Clinical Integration

A 2004 graduate of the WVU School of Nursing, Maggie Lancaster has been a dedicated leader within the WVU Health System for 20 years. She has served as the Director of Enterprise Value Analysis and Clinical Integration since Allied’s inception in 2020.

In this role, Maggie leads the value analysis and clinical integration team, managing new clinical product requests through service line Value Analysis Teams (VATs) while supporting new and existing clinical contracting efforts.

She works closely with WVUHS and its affiliates to develop project scopes, assess clinical needs, and evaluate future technologies. Through VATs, she empowers subject matter experts to take a comprehensive approach to product evaluation, fostering collaboration among physicians, clinicians, and other stakeholders to ensure data-driven, defensible decisions for hospitals.

Tony Mendicino

Director of Enterprise Sourcing

Tony Mendicino joined Allied in 2024 as our Director of Enterprise Sourcing. Tony brings with him over 30 years of healthcare experience with proven leadership of highly specialized teams, both regionally and nationally, providing industry leading technology. In addition to these roles, Tony has managed complex strategic partnerships with some of the largest IDNs in the country, and as a result, he has established relationships with key leaders of those systems. His experience with these complex agreements, focused on overcoming some of the challenges IDNs face today, has positioned him well for his current role and translates into successful partnerships benefiting our members.

Brittany Brooks

Manager of Business Analytics

Brittany Brooks is the Manager for the Business Analytics team at Allied, where she oversees the collection, aggregation, and analysis of all member data. Her team plays a crucial role in ensuring compliance, generating dashboard reports, and supporting RFP analytics. Since joining WVU Medicine in 2013, Brittany has made significant contributions to the organization’s data-driven decision-making processes.

Brittany holds a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology and a Master’s degree in Public Health Policy, Management & Leadership, both from West Virginia University. Her strong academic background and professional experience have equipped her with a unique skill set for addressing complex healthcare data challenges.

Before her professional career, Brittany was a collegiate athlete, serving on the WVU crew team throughout her undergraduate career. Her experience in sports has helped her develop a strong sense of teamwork, discipline, and leadership, qualities she continues to bring to her role at Allied.
